Clare & Simon

Chelsea, London

Capturing the intimate wedding of my dear friend Clare, the talented florist at Hopyard Lane, and Simon was an incredible honor. The day unfolded at a charming city cottage where they got ready together, surrounded by close friends, including Natalie Young on glam duty. Being a florist herself, Clare knew the importance of a beautiful bouquet and Rosehip London smashed it, creating a breathtaking bouquet that complemented Clare's style so beautifully. Brollies and faux-fur coat at the ready, we all hopped into a cab and made our way to Chelsea Town Hall. The town hall provided the perfect backdrop for Clare and Simon to exchange their vows, surrounded by the echoes of countless love stories that had unfolded within its walls. Afterward, we wandered around Chelsea, hit the pub for some celebratory drinks, and wrapped things up with a delish slap-up lunch at Dishoom, if you’ve not yet been it’s a must! Simon and Clare totally threw out the rule book, and I loved every bit of it, cheers to breaking traditions and capturing the realness!

Personal Highlight

I think it goes without saying, and simply stating the obvious…THE pink heart dress!!

“We planned our wedding date around Binky’s schedule! That’s how much we wanted her to be a part of our day. Neither of us enjoy our photo being taken, especially being 7 months pregnant but Binky made us feel so comfortable and really listened to us when we said we didn’t want lots of posed pictures. She captured the effortless and joyful feel of our intimate London wedding and we could not be more grateful to her and to Sally adding her special sparkle when editing. I would have actually changed the date if she hadn’t been free! Anyone would be lucky to have her capture their day.”
