Hook Norton Brewery
Banbury

Where do two beer enthusiasts tie the knot? In a brewery, of course! Lilly and Jack, whose love story is as rich and complex as a finely crafted ale, chose the historic Hook Norton Brewery as the perfect backdrop for their unforgettable wedding day. The day began with an intimate ceremony, a growing trend I've noticed this year, where Lilly and Jack exchanged heartfelt vows surrounded by a handful of their closest loved ones. Afterwards, Lilly retreated to the cottage to pick up her beautiful bouquet from Chippy Flower Farm and change into her second outfit, a wedding dress from Waxflower Bridal, before walking hand in hand with her parents back to the brewery for a vibrant humanist ceremony. Of course, no brewery wedding would be complete without a nod to the beloved beverage with a personalised golden pale ale and the presence of a beer-drinking horse…naturally! Guests were treated to an array of food trucks, from the cheesy comfort of Mac Daddy's mac and cheese to the bold flavors of Nally's Jamaican cuisine, and the sweet treats from Biscuiterie's crepe and waffle van, there was something to satisfy every taste bud. The party kicked off with what can only be described as the best wedding band I have ever witnessed—The Houndogs. Their electrifying performance, complete with jumping off cellos and flaming drum kits, left everyone in awe and kept the energy high throughout the night!
