Louise & Craig

THE Lakeside at Wild Berry Farm

Some weddings just stick with you, and Louise and Craig's day will certainly be one of those! The day began with a beautiful ceremony at St Owen's Church, where Louise looked absolutely stunning, I'm utterly obsessed with her puff sleeves! The ceremony was super special, especially when Louise's grandad took the stage to share his marital wisdom with the couple, his words left the guests chuckling in the pews. Then, the father of the bride took things to another level with a performance that was nothing short of spine-tingling. Honestly, there wasn’t a dry eye in the place. As everyone left the church, they were handed confetti from Yorkshire tea boxes, how fun is that?! Before making their grand entrance at the reception, we took a little detour to Stevington Windmill. This spot is special to Louise and Craig, as they often visit when they're in the area. At The Lakeside at Wild Berry Farm, the reception was full of Northern charm and rustic vibes with little touches like milk bottles displaying the Farmers Florist beautiful blooms. Craig, being a proud Northerner, had a pork pie wedding cake, yes, you read that right, a pork pie wedding cake! And it didn’t stop there; The Sun at Felmersham served up some mouthwatering pies for dinner…or should I say ‘Tea’?! Their entrance into the dinner was nothing short of spectacular. As "I Predict a Riot" blasted through the speakers, everyone swung their napkins in the air and the couple were up on their chairs lapping it all up! As the sun started to set, guests chilled by the lake soaking up the last of the sunshine. It was such a gorgeous and perfect end to an amazing day.

Personal Highlight

One of the absolute highlights was the secret brass band, Top Tier Brass, who marched through the crowd during Louise and Craig's first dance, sending everyone into a frenzy and proving that an instrumental band can indeed turn a dance floor into a wild party!

“Thanks so much Sally aka 5th bridesmaid. The photos literally had us howling and tearing up throughout the whole thing. We are buzzing! ”
