Shuttleworth House

On an incredibly beautiful sunny day I headed to Shuttleworth House for the wedding of Etana & Samual.

I found Etana in the bridal suite with her girl gang and her gorgeous little daughter. There is something so special about people that have children before they get married, you have to be prepared though, the smalls always steal the show. The little lady honestly looked adorable in her little outfit. The 9 bridesmaids (yes 9) all looked incredible in a champagne pink colour and all had gorgeous bouquets by The Flower Room.

The ceremony took place in a gorgeous oak panelled room where the couple pledged their vows and happily skipped down the aisle once married. The couples daughter slept through the whole ceremony, the excitement must have been a bit too much. There were so many big hugs after the ceremony, the guests clearly couplet be happier for this couple. The drinks reception consisted of celebratory bubbles, canapés by the wonderful team at Brothers Supper who also did the delicious meal and pudding platters for the wedding breakfast.

All guests got to enjoy the piano played by the super talented Nigel Hammond whilst relaxing in the sunshine and socking up the backdrop of Shuttleworth.

After a big feast it was onto speeches quickly followed by some impromptu dancing. This team just couldn’t wait to get on the floor. Nobody could resist DJ Delroy on the decks, offering up constant bangers for the party people to enjoy. It was all round good vibes from start to finish and I feel so lucky to have captured such a beautiful day.

Personal Highlight:

I was lucky enough to be sat down for a full meal with Etana’s family and it was so lovely to get to know all of them and learn more about the couple. A full dinner is always a win when working weddings.
