Jane & Ryan
The Barns at redcoats

When I got to The Barns at Redcoats that morning and met Jane for the first time, it honestly felt like I’d known her forever. She’s got this warm, open, totally magnetic energy that just draws you in. And Ryan is JUST as lovely and genuine, with that easy charm that makes you think, yep…these two are made for each other!
Jane totally surprised herself by picking a gown from Morgan Davies and honestly I’m so glad she did! She looked like modern royalty with those gorgeous Hollywood waves by Claire Barberella and soft glam makeup by Beth Mills that just tied the whole look together. Oh, and that bow on her dress…You know I’m all about a big statement bow, it was everything!
The Barns looked stunning as always, but with Willow and Blossom’s florals, it was next level. After the ceremony, the Redcoats and Willow and Blossom team worked their magic to flip the barn for the wedding breakfast, and it was so beautiful it brought Jane to happy tear, watching face when she saw the surprise floral cloud Ryan secretly organised for her, so sweet! And they couldn’t forget their dog Mac who couldn’t be there in person (or is it in pupson?) but made an appearance as the cutest little cake figure, cheekily nibbling on the Layers and Graces cake.
What a treat it was to see Cara Beard back again so soon, filling the ceremony and drinks reception with her beautiful voice. Guests soaked up the sunshine, clinked glasses of Hugo spritz, it couldn’t have been more perfect. As the evening rolled in, the dance floor quickly became the place to be thanks to JN Sounds, and when guests weren’t dancing, they were striking a pose in the Waterfall Photobooth.
Personal Highlight:
I’ve heard plenty of speeches in my career and rarely do they come with a standing ovation, especially the grooms which was incredibly touching, bravo!
