I recently had the absolute pleasure of shooting Ellie and Kane's wedding at The Canary Shed in Essex, and let me tell you, it was a photographer's dream! This place is hands down one of the coolest venues I've ever been to—so full of personality and uniqueness. The first thing that struck me was the incredible colour palette. Bright lime green paired with pops of pinks and oranges in the flowers from Honey Bunch, created a total explosion of color that was both vibrant and joyful. This lively combination was perfectly complemented by The Canary Shed's bright birds hanging from the ceiling. Ellie and Kane didn't hold back when it came to their wedding attire either. The groomsmen rocked pink suits, and the bridesmaids looked fabulous in green. As for the bride and groom, both in white, they just exuded coolness and style. Ellie put her creative stamp on the day by designing all the stationery herself, and honestly, it was some of the best I've ever seen. Guests were treated to the cutest heart-shaped macaroons as favours—a sweet gesture that everyone loved. Kane, being a DJ, took to the decks for his own set in the evening, which really got the party going. Guests also participated in a unique guest book idea, writing messages on vinyl records—a perfect nod to the couple's love for music. Everyone tucked into scrumptious street food from Chop & Chip Co including the most amazing churros. Crosstown Doughnuts and Borough 22 provided a fantastic selection of doughnuts, ensuring no one was left without a sweet treat. The day couldn’t of been as vibrant without the help from Streamadelica’s stunning decorations and streamers that added to the festival vibes.
