Larmer Tree Gardens

Rachel and Rory’s wedding at the beautiful Larmer Tree Gardens was nothing short of incredible! This venue had been on my bucket list forever, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment Rachel arrived in her dad’s blue VW camper van, decked out with gorgeous flowers from Milston Flower Barn, the day was filled with so much charm and personality. The outdoor ceremony brought a bit of drama with a sudden downpour, but everyone grabbed their umbrellas and rolled with it, and just as they said, “I do,” the sun burst through—it couldn’t have been more perfect. Guests spent the afternoon sipping bubbly on the lawn, playing croquet, badminton, and giant Jenga, with the golden sunlight creating the dreamiest atmosphere. After a cozy, laughter-filled dinner with some brilliant speeches, they ended with a hilarious “Know the Couple” quiz, which had everyone in fits of laughter. It was such a fun, relaxed day that was so them, and I loved every minute of capturing it!

Personal Highlight:

Aside from the venue being one of the most breathtaking and unique places I’ve had the privilege of shooting at, the unexpected star of the day had to be the cheeky photobombing peacock—it definitely stole a few moments and clearly wanted to steal some of the limelight!
