When I first met Ellie, it was like being greeted by a bundle of joyful energy—she’s the human version of a puppy cocker spaniel, and that’s the only way I can describe it. She lights up a room the second she steps in, and Jack, the ultimate gentleman, is the perfect match for her infectious charm. From the moment I arrived at Mickleton Hills Farm, I knew they were my kind of people. I mean, when a couple agrees that crisps are an essential food group, you know you're in the right company.

The wedding landed on one of those absolutely perfect, crisp autumn days. Imagine your dream Cotswolds getaway: loads of golden sunshine, fresh air, and sheep scattered around the fields. That’s what we had at Mickleton Hills Farm—a beautiful, family-run wedding venue nestled in the Gloucestershire countryside, looking like it was plucked straight from a postcard!

Ellie’s morning was filled with sweet, emotional reveals. Watching her share those precious moments with her bridesmaids, stepdad, and dad had me feeling all the feels, I was teary-eyed before the ceremony even began! The ceremony was stunning with beautiful flower filled milk churns by Rosabel Blooms and the floral arch from Cotswold Wedding Co which was a showstopper. After they tied the knot, it was time to celebrate! Guests were treated to a delicious feast by the Cotswold Caterer, and everyone enjoyed mingling outside, soaking in the last of the autumn sunshine before vanished and ARuthford DJ got everyone dancing!

Personal Highlight:

It had to be Ellie’s sheep poo dodging skills! In her stunning Amore Brides dress and heels, she effortlessly navigated the driveway, proving that not even a little sheep muck could stop her!
