THe Woborn / The barn at Brook end Green farm

Lucy and Sam had already celebrated their first wedding in Canada, where they are originally from. This time, the celebration was about sharing their joy with friends and family in the UK, and what a celebration it was! The day kicked off at The Woburn Hotel, where Lucy and Sam, surrounded by their closest mates got ready together. The atmosphere was full of excitement, laughter, and those little moments of anticipation that make wedding mornings so special. Before we headed off to the ceremony, Lucy and Sam had a first look. It was emotional, sweet, and the perfect start to what was going to be an amazing day. We then headed out into Woburn for some couple shots. The historic streets and charming buildings made a stunning and very quintessentially English backdrop.
When we arrived at The Barn at Brook End before everyone else, the place looked incredible. Flowers by Queen and Eden and styling by Miss Carlysle had made the already beautiful venue even more dreamier. While Lucy waited with her dad, having a quiet moment, Sam was outside welcoming guests as they arrived on a vintage red bus. I absolutely love a vintage bus, it’s always such fun to use for photos later and can be handy if you have tricky weather. The ceremony was super intimate and personal, with one of their friends officiating. Lucy and Sam wrote their own vows, which made the whole thing even more special. Music was a big part of the day, thanks to Sam Lewis and his band, who kept the good vibes going from start to finish. They were not only super talented but also a great fit for the relaxed, fun atmosphere of the day.
As the evening rolled in, the guests didn’t miss a beat—they took their desserts outside, enjoying them al fresco on the grass. It was one of those moments that just felt so right, everyone enjoying the laid-back, happy vibes as the sun started to set.

Personal Highlight:

The vegan food from Manjula Catering was amazing—I couldn’t get enough of it! And seeing the Canadian crew try Pimms for the first time was priceless, it went down a treat!
